This is why it benefits muscle mass, bone tissue, blood pressure and digestion to a greater extent than traditional pasta.
Our Functional Pasta is made with genuine products from our Macerata area, through craftsmanship without the use of invasive techniques and procedures.
With the use of controlled temperatures and high hygiene standards, we can keep the product for 60 days without pasteurizing it, preserving its taste and quality intact.

Khorasan Turanic Wheat Flour
Our functional fresh egg pasta with KHORASAN TURANICO WHEAT flour grown in our Marche hills is a source of protein and fiber and low in salt. Improves blood pressure and aids digestion.
Turanic wheat (wrongly called “KAMUT”) is an ancient grain, it has sensorial and qualitative uniqueness that differentiate it from other whole grains. It contains little gluten which makes it particularly digestible and also suitable for people with digestive disorders.
